Conventional or toaster oven
Peel back the plastic lid to vent or slit film in each section. Place meal on a cookie sheet or tray and set the oven at 350 degrees F. for 10 minutes maximum.
Frozen meals may also be microwaved. Peel back the plastic lid to vent or slit film in each section. Re-heat meal in microwave 3-4 minutes maximum on high (check at 3 minutes and then heat at additional 30 second intervals if necessary).
